This maybe has nothing to do with anything. Or maybe everything to do with something.

When a great artist dies, and everyone shares about the impact that person has made, I think about how arts programs in schools are constantly cut and how American culture doesn't advocate for people to be creative and we don't reward it, for the most part, monetarily. But like, I never see people sharing about how a public relations campaign changed their lives or how they remember where they were and what it felt like the first time their money market account grew.
